Kenza's photography is amazing and poetic (I can't get enough of this luscious shot of Japanese mosses, above). The simple recipes from around the world are a cultural lexicon of flavor, written in shorthand. It isn't often that you see a blog that breaks the mold like this. A brilliant idea, beautifully executed, and a new daily stop for me.
