Q just can't stop the body rock...
She really is a force of nature!
It's all I can do to keep up.
And to keep my camera lens free of tiny nose prints.

Q likes to emulate mommy by throwing the camera strap around her neck and walking around holding the camera to her face and making "kaching-kaching" shutter noises. Which is kind of ironic because my digital Nikon has a fake, recorded noise meant to duplicate the obsolete shutter click of old-school cameras. Q will probably never know the workings of a real shutter. And yet she knows to make the sound.

Only trouble is that for some reason she mistakes the lens for the viewfinder, and believes that you press your nose (rather than your eye) to it. Hence, the noseprints.
The cool black balloon she got from Sunflower Market for Halloween.
Hats again. Funny how she wears them for the camera, but won't be caught dead wearing one for any sort of practical reason (rain, snow, sleet, hail, freezing temperatures, pounding sun...).

Captivating!

"The children dancing, dancing,
Light upon happy feet,
Both eye and heart entrancing
Mingle, escape, and meet;
Come joyous-eyed and advancing
Or floatingly retreat.
Now slow, now swifter treading
Their paces timed and true,
An instant poised, then threading
A maze of printless clue"

Maia, I'm having baby no. 2 at the end of March. It's going to be another girl. Yay - I love little girls! The more, the merrier!
