That picture of the water makes me so calm.
Lovely.
And please accept my gratitude for your kind words about our little lost girl (over at GFT).
Every Spring it is a little hard. But the Spring is still a time of renewal. The memory of our loss isn't an end to the celebration, or a hateful or dire thing.
I think of it, rather, as an important reminder - to cherish the days and to sieze on the love and light while they last.
Like the little candy skulls on the Dia de Los Muertos or the slave that stood behind the Roman conqueror holding over his head a golden crown and whispering into his ear a reminder that glory was fleeting.
