Tuesday

Our last day in the city, and some pleasantly aimless wanderings...
Our flight was late in the day, allowing us a lovely, sun-dappled hour at the Bryant Park carousel.
Colorado from the air...our return.

Magnifique séjour...est-ce que QQ va à l'école à la rentrée comme sa copine Petite Chérie ???

Such great weather. Our sundresses are already in their boxes ...
and we're thinking about scarves and hats ;-)

The carrousel is great and Minnie and Q are lovely ladies in red.

How lovely and serene. I like that she is trying to tie her Dad's shoelaces. She is such a bright child.

Evelyne, she will not be in school yet this year - next winter will be her first year of preschool. This year I'm keeping her for myself!

Juniper - I seem to remember your trip was a bit later than ours (though how nice it would have been to cross paths!!) I'm just still posting pictures because I took so very many hundreds while we were there ;)

i've just gone through the last FOURTEEN posts (cuz i've been slacking on checking in) and i am just overwhelmed by all the beauty: in your amazing daughter, each of you- your family; the artwork; and the amazing eye you and Mike have as photographers.

really. it is like breathing clean air and twirling in the sun every time i slow down and scroll through your pages.

(did you know when i stumble upon anything that remotely gives me that same feeling, i will say 'it's very flynnesque"). yes, girl gets her own term from me :O)
