Last night, after re-discovering Canelle et Vanille (oh, the joy of it!), I decided to try out this savory mushroom, fingerling potato and blue cheese galette.
I am no cook, not like my husband, but every now and then it's fun to get out of the studio and get my hands dirty in the kitchen...

today, I made a tea with rosemary, thyme, basil and parsley - it was delish! I can smell that savory tart all the way here~
