Saturday

The walk along this stream has always been, and still is, a haven during the heat of a Woodstock summer, and even to this day you can come down here to find yourselves alone, tranquil, far from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Maybe it's because I was here as a small child, but this always feels like stepping back in time for me.

I was so blown away by the last photo of a child being helped to put on her shoe. Such a simple gesture but magnanimous in feeling. It made me miss my two sons who are now in their 20s. I wanted to weep. I was so touched.
Your photos tell a story. It's a story of a mother's profound love of a child.
