Well, we had a fabulous time in NY (and QQ got to bond with Anne and Muguet in the city...more on that later!), and will be returning tomorrow night with a ton of photos to edit...but in the meantime, Melissa Macdonald did a photo shoot with us at the stunning Blithewood Mansion at Bard on the Hudson River. Gorgeous pictures - - and just a little correction - it's Blithewood, not dale. I used to work at the economics institute there when I was a student at Bard. One of my favorite buildings in the world - and the garden holds some amazing memories for me.
Blithewood! Thanks, Maia! Lucky you to have spent time there...I went to Simon's Rock, but never have spent much time at Bard. What a beautiful place to go to school!
Jeanne-Ming - thanks, Melissa definitely got my "best side" in that photo...and I was also more rested and refreshed than usual thanks to a delicious vacation! QQ, on the other hand, looks gorgeous in any light and from any angle! Lucky girl.

Maia, The photos are stunning! Q is such a perfect girl and you can tell that she is über comfortable in front of a camera. You my dear are gorgeous(although I already knew that)
