Wednesday

This is Pauline, my first jointed art doll, installed in her own one-of-a-kind, hand-illustrated gift box. She will also be the star of a new series of photo prints and cards, soon to be released in my shop. More here.

update: Pauline had sold, but I am hard at work on my next doll!

Oh wow, I didn't know you made dolls too. She is just fantastic. I can't wait to see your next creation. Out of interest, how much do you sell them for and would you ship to Australia? Pruxxx

Dolls are a new addition to my shop, and I'm having so much fun with them! Prices depend on the complexity of the doll and box. They will be posted in my Etsy shop as I finish them, and the link is in the righthand column of both blogs. And yes, I ship anywhere in the world! So glad you like them!

It is beautiful and so elegant!
It seems very hard to make. Pauline looks vintage like a beautiful puppet which had travel in Venice from puppet festival to another.

Cool! Pauline is whimsical and wonderful and now off to a new home - congratulations! This is something that I've been wanting to try out, too. Maybe in the New Year. Now I'm off to peak into your shop...
