Friday

 Decorating the Christmas tree...while dancing.
 And dancing. To Christmas music.
 Dancing on the couch.
 Dancing on the floor.
 Dancing with candy canes.
Having Daddy lift her up high enough to put the star on the top of the tree.
 Christmas joy!
 And pride.
Hanging ornaments on fragrant boughs.

A  happy, happy Holiday girl.

Love her sweet tunic! Did you make it?

Maryam, I wish I had that kind of talent ;) It's Le Vestiaire de Jeanne, one of our alltime favorite designers.

Happy happy holiday to you too beautiful Maia!! Although it sounds like you are working so hard - but as always, producing such exquisite joy disguised as 'work'.
Which song/s was she dancing to? And were you dancing too (in between clever camera work?!) xx

Hi, Merry christmas, is there any chance that you would post where is Q chemise from? I loved it, the flounces, the silhouette, everything is just great, and I keep wondering where it is from, since i have never seen it on an online shop, it looks great on your daughter,
Kindest regards from Argentina.

Shaista, sending you so much love and happy wishes for the new year! OX

Anon from Argentina (oh, how I miss seeing beautiful Argentina! It's been too long). The chemise is from French designer Charlotte LeStum of Le Vestiaire de Jeanne. You can find the link on my sidebar, and here it is again: http://www.levestiairedejeanne.com/

The top is from last summer's collection, and I don't know if it's still available, but happily I do know that there will be some similar pieces in a lovely neutral shade in next spring's collection, soon to be out before long!
We adore Charlotte's designs, they are so timeless. Thanks for visiting! And happy new year!
