Maia said...: Lorna, QQ doesn't speak yet. She has a couple of words, but mainly she speaks sign language (and she's quite adept at it). Children born with clefts need speech therapy in order to re-learn how to use the muscles in their mouth to form sounds. It takes a while.; July 18, 2009 at 3:34 PM
