I wish I could claim to be as steadfast as the horrified vegan mommy, but I am a slave to the vile instant product and my children are reliably around the outside of some nasty cropduster-orange pasta-like product.
This is actually a mock-up I did for an illustration job. We ended up going in a different direction for the actual job, but I have always liked this one, and I came across it again recently so I thought I'd post it.
Wonderful blog. Delightful mac 'n' cheese picture. made me laugh out loud. Found you through Susan Sanford. So happy your daughter is fine after the tests. She is adorable and will indeed have people falling at her feet to do her bidding. - Jeanne in Oregon

ps - I am not a vegan, and we do eat mac and cheese (though usually the homemade kind, since my husband used to be a chef) ;)
