My husband's take on bulgogi, with a cut of beef carefully-chosen by the local Korean grocer...
heavenly!
And spring very nearly sprung...
in Denver.

I am still recovering from the protracted illnesses that have taken over our household, and very much hoping that spring and health will arrive as one on our doorstep very soon!

Bolgogi is one of my favorite foods, reminding me of the great spread they offer when you are at the Woo Lae Oak restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, just across the Potomac from Washington, DC. You are so lucky to have a Korean grocer to guide you!

I hope Spring does indeed arrive in your part of the world! It seems to have finally settled in here, today started with blue skies and by mid morning, temperatures will be balmy enough to sit outdoors at lunchtime.

May you all feel better soon,
best wishes,
Merisi

have only had bulgogi a few times, though i lived in korea town (here in l.a.) for several years. great to see spring is trying to creep out of the ground in denver -- it's just starting to warm-up over here as well. great photos, btw, in all of your posts. what camera(s) are you using (i'm thinking about starting to shoot some of my own shots for FatScribe).
