Our first though was on 1st and 14th and it was...such a rat trap in such a COOL neighborhood. 400 Sq feet of pure ugly that we paid $1700 a month for. Maia said...: Rosemary - this apt was actually HUGE for NYC. I got really lucky with the first one. I lived with two Irish guys (who were also the best roommates I ever had) and we had tons of room and a big beaten-copper samovar to make coffee with in the kitchen. It was amazing.
