Yesterday a package came for Q from our friend Ji Yanyan of Suvi Ainoa.
One of Q's great pleasures is to open the packages that come in the mail from afar. We get a little ghasp of excitement out of her every time the postman slips a bundle through the front door.
She is very elaborate and ceremonious about opening her packages, appreciating and "filing" each layer of packing, rather than just pouncing on what's inside.
In this case, she insisted on inserting each piece of orange tissue meticulously back through the mail slot before tugging at the ribbon enclosing her gift.

I had to hold my breath for a moment when she slipped it on, because she looked so grown-up, so "Audrey Hepburn" in this outfit that I could hardly believe my eyes.
She's growing up too fast...too fast! My little is still not yet three!Thank you Yanyan for such a beautifully thought-out outfit. It's perfect on her, as you can see!

She looks so beautiful! I am so happy, really! So happy to see she shines in that outfit. I was nervous when I sent the package , not sure if they will fit her and she will like them and she looks so elegant. And I love the images of how she opens the package. I feel I was there looking at her. Next time, i am going to make the packaging more fun for her to open :) I am so glad I could do something little like this for Q.
